What is Psychotherapy:

Psychotherapy is a process of awareness building that helps people discover the sources of persistent emotional and mental pain in their lives. Many people find this treatment healing.

Psychotherapy can help with:

  • Feeling unhappy or anxious
  • Anger outbursts, emotional instability, or emotional distance behavior
  • Nightmares, insomnia, panic attacks
  • Feeling out of control
  • Lack of focus, confusion, feelings of emptiness or meaninglessness
  • Emotional effects of chronic illness and pain
  • Relationship problems or termination

I offer counseling and psychotherapy techniques that:

  • Is compassionate, positive, non-judgemental, and empathetic
  • Encourages personal growth and communication
  • Helps people navigate the process of change
  • Welcomes dream work and artistic imagery
  • Is both practical and deep
  • I also have experience providing advocacy and emotional support for individuals and families with serious mental disorders
